Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern the use of the "Saobraćaj" app — a trainer for the theory part of the driving licence exam in the Republic of Serbia, available as a mobile app (Android, iOS) and a web app at https://saobracaj.gleb.at (the App or the Service).
By using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.
The Serbian version is the legally binding one. This English translation is provided for convenience; a Russian translation is also available.
1. Service provider
Gleb Klimov, independent developer and publisher of the App
Address: [address and registration details of the provider (registration number, tax ID/PIB) — to be completed by the operator before publication]
E-mail: info@gleb.at
Telegram: @GlebKl
(hereinafter we, the Provider).
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
2. What the App is
The App is for self-study for the theory exam for drivers: it contains the exam question bank, an exam simulation, statistics of your progress, the text of the Road Traffic Safety Act (Zakon o bezbednosti saobraćaja na putevima), summaries, explanations, question analytics, question lists, groups, public comments and an AI assistant.
The App is not an official means of taking the exam and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, the Road Traffic Safety Agency, driving schools or any other public body. The content (summaries, explanations, analytics, AI-assistant answers) is a study aid and does not constitute legal advice; the applicable regulations and the official exam material prevail. We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam.
The App is intended for persons aged 15 and over.
3. Account
- Most content is available without an account. An account is needed for progress sync, lists, groups, comments, support, the AI assistant and the subscription.
- You can register with an e-mail address and password or with a Google/Apple account. You undertake to provide a valid e-mail address and to keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.
- One user may have one account. The account is personal and non-transferable.
- You can delete the account at any time (Settings → Profile → Delete account, or by request to info@gleb.at); instructions: https://docs.saobracaj.gleb.at/delete_account.html. The consequences of deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Rules of conduct
When using the App, and in particular public comments, groups and the support chat, it is prohibited to:
- post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, pornographic or that infringes the rights of others (including privacy and copyright);
- post personal data of other people without their consent;
- send unsolicited messages (spam), advertising, scams;
- interfere with the App: attempt unauthorised access, circumvent access or subscription restrictions, scrape content automatically, overload the server;
- use the AI assistant for purposes unrelated to studying traffic rules, or to generate prohibited content;
- impersonate another person or the Provider.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without prior notice and to restrict or terminate the account, and in case of serious violations to terminate the contract with immediate effect. Limits on use of the AI assistant (daily quotas) are part of how the Service operates.
5. Content and intellectual property
- The exam questions and the law text come from publicly available sources and remain under the terms of their publishers. Our summaries, explanations, illustrations, analytics, design and the App's source code are protected by the Provider's copyright.
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or commercial use of the content without our written consent is not permitted.
- You retain your rights to content you post yourself (comments, group messages, lists) and grant us a non-exclusive licence to store it, show it to other users within the feature you used and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for that content.
- AI-assistant answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check them against official sources.
6. Subscription and payment
6.1. Free and paid content
Three question categories ("Basics of traffic safety", "Driver" and "Road") are fully open free of charge, including explanations, summaries and analytics. A paid subscription unlocks that content in the remaining categories and, depending on the tariff, Russian-language content and the AI assistant. The exact scope of each tariff and the prices are shown on the "Tariffs" page before ordering.
6.2. Ordering and prices
- A subscription is ordered only in the web version (https://saobracaj.gleb.at/tariffs) by a signed-in user. The mobile apps contain no purchases.
- Prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD); the price shown on the "Tariffs" page at the time of ordering is the final amount payable.
- The subscription is paid once for the whole chosen period (1, 6 or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charging — when the period ends, access to paid content stops, and we notify you in advance by e-mail (14 and 3 days before; reminders can be switched off).
- After ordering you receive a payment slip ("uplatnica") with a payment reference and an IPS QR code. Payment is made by transfer to our account from your bank. An order is valid for 14 days; an unpaid order expires automatically after that and can simply be placed again.
6.3. Conclusion of the contract and start of the period
The subscription contract is concluded when we receive your payment and activate the subscription; we notify you by e-mail. The subscription period runs from activation, or, if you already have an active subscription, is appended to the end of the current period. Payments are booked on business days; if access is not opened within 2 business days of payment, contact info@gleb.at quoting the payment reference.
6.4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the subscription is activated (Art. 27 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act). Send the withdrawal notice to info@gleb.at from the account's e-mail address, quoting the order's payment reference and the bank account for the refund. We will refund the amount paid by transfer to that account within 14 days of receiving the notice, and the subscription ends at the moment of withdrawal.
After the 14-day period no refund is made, except in the case described in 6.5.
6.5. Complaints
If paid content is unavailable or the Service does not work as described, you have the right to file a complaint. Send it to info@gleb.at with a description of the problem and the order's payment reference. We respond to a complaint within 8 days of receipt at the latest and resolve it (fix the problem, extend the subscription period or refund a proportionate part) within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
6.6. Changes to prices and tariffs
We may change prices and the scope of tariffs. Changes do not affect subscription periods already paid for. If a tariff is discontinued, running periods continue until they expire.
7. Availability of the Service and liability
- We strive to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, failures on our side or at our suppliers, or force majeure. We will announce planned longer interruptions when possible.
- The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damage arising from misinterpretation of the content, reliance on AI-assistant answers, failing the exam, loss of local data on the device (not synced to an account), nor for indirect damage or lost profit.
- Our total liability to you under the contract is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited (e.g. intent, gross negligence, consumer rights that cannot be limited).
8. Changes to the Terms and the Service
- We develop the App continuously: features may be added, changed or discontinued. Material changes that reduce the scope of a paid subscription do not apply to the current paid period.
- We may change these Terms. The current version is always published at https://docs.saobracaj.gleb.at/terms_of_use.html, and the complete change history — with the date and content of every change — is publicly available in the repository history: https://github.com/Saobracaj/public_documents/commits/main/terms_of_use.md. We will notify you of material changes in the App or by e-mail at least 15 days in advance; continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop using the App and delete your account; for a running paid period you retain the right to a proportionate refund if the change materially worsens your position.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account in case of a breach of these Terms (section 4) or if we discontinue the Service — in the latter case we will refund a proportionate part of the payment for the unused paid period.
10. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia; consumers retain the protection afforded to them by the mandatory rules of their state of residence.
- We aim to resolve disputes amicably — contact info@gleb.at. A consumer is entitled to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute before a body entered in the List of bodies for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes kept by the ministry responsible for consumer protection (https://mtt.gov.rs); the Provider takes part in such proceedings as required by law. Court disputes are heard by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia and, for consumers, also by the court of their residence in accordance with the law.
